摘要
以上海环球金融中心基础底板浇筑为背景,对大体积混凝土留设水平施工缝技术进行了理论分析。考虑了混凝土施工期的时变效应,以及配筋和施工荷载对混凝土结构的影响,并编制了相应的有限元程序,程序能够较好的处理新、旧混凝土结合面,研究成果在上海环球金融中心基础底板工程中得到了成功的应用。
On the background of massive foundation slab pouting of Shanghai World Financial Center, the theory on setting up horizontal gap for massive concrete was studied. The Concrete time-dependant and the effect of steel and construction load on concrete structure were taken into account in construction. Based on above theory, finite element program was implemented. This program can simulate the interface of old and new concrete. The research was applied in foundation slab of Shanghai World Financial Center successfully, and analyzed results accord with test data on the spot.
