摘要
为了利用射频光子密度波来检测生物组织内部的异物,对生物组织光学成像技术进行研究,并设计了一种可用于乳腺癌检测的频域光学系统。讨论频域法的基本工作原理,详细介绍系统的织框图与相关核心电路的设计。经实验验证,所介绍的有关方法与电路原理均能满足系统设计的要求,为该系统的进一步研究打下坚实的基础。
In order to use Diffuse Photon Density Wave(DPDW) to detect the heterogeneities in biological tissues,the biomedical tissue optical imager has been proposed,and a near- infrared optical imager has been developed. The basic principle of frequency - domain techniques ,the block diagram and the key circuits of the system are presented in detail in this paper. Experiments prove that the methods and key circuits discussed in this paper can meet the demands of the system. And it has laid a strong foundation for further researches.
