串联谐振型放电电源仿真分析

摘要 为了分析串联谐振型气体放电电源的影响因素,为设计高效、节能的放电电源提供仿真基础,采用PSpice仿真软件对影响负载电容谐振电压的电源参数、电阻参数和电感参数进行了参数扫描仿真分析。结果表明:电源幅值增加,谐振电压升高;电源频率等于谐振固有频率时,谐振电压最高;电阻越大,谐振电压越低;电感选择合适时,负载谐振电压最高。因此,在设计气体放电电源时,考虑减少电路电阻、选择漏感合适的变压器等。 In order to analyze the affecting factors of series resonant discharge power supply and to provide simulation basis for designing high effect and energy-saving discharge power supply, the paper carries out parameter simulation analysis on the influencing parameters of resonant voltage of load capacitor. The parameters include power supply parameters, resistor and inductance. The simulation results show that load resonant voltage increases with power supply voltage amplitude increasing; the resonant voltage has the highest point when power supply frequency equals to resonant frequency of circuit;the more resistor value,the lower resonant voltage; the resonant voltage also has the highest amplitude as appreciate inductance is used. Thus,decreasing resistor and selecting appreciate transformer should be considered when discharge power supply is designed.
