摘要
通过机构运动分析,从机构学及工程应用的角度揭示了曲线槽轮的固有缺陷和设计瓶颈;提出具有组合轮廓线的新型槽轮机构,分析了机构的设计思想、要点及设计方法;采用Pro/E对改进后的机构实现运动仿真,结果表明新机构消除了拨销进入槽轮瞬时的柔性冲击。
The intrinsic defects and design bottle-neck of a geneva mechanism with curvea slots are pointed out through motive analysis from the aspect of mechanism and engineering application. A new geneva mechanism with combined contour curves is proposed, and its design method is presented. The kinematics simulation is described by Pro/E, and the result indicates that the new mechanism can eliminate the flexible impact when the pin wheel enters the geneva.
