On the Identity and Selection of Technology and Academic Thoughts——A Further Exploration to the Quality of the Social Science Edition of Journals of College

高校文科学报的质量可以从不同视角加以解读,但最核心、最关键的内容当集中在技术和思想-学术两大层面。高校文科学报质量问题涉及诸多方面,但解决了技术和思想-学术质量问题,其他问题自然会迎刃而解。技术和思想-学术相比,后者是首要的,前者永远服务于后者。然而,在实践中,技术并不简单地、被动地服务于思想-学术,还对思想-学术的传播起到相应的制约或推动作用。文科学报在竞争中求生存、求发展,质量是第一要务。而实现各种质量目标和质量定位,应注重技术和思想-学术的同一与统一。

The quality of Journals of College（J. O. C） can be interpreted from different perspectives. However, the core and the key contents should be focused on the two major levels., technology and academic thoughts. Many aspects are involved in the quality of J. O. C, while the project of technology and academic thoughts should precede any other projects. Academic thoughts, compared with technology, are primary and the latter always serves the former. In practice, however, technology doesn＇t always give service to academic thoughts in a simple and passive way. It accordingly serves to be an incentive and constraint in disseminating the academic thoughts as well. Quality is the primary concern for the Social Science Edition of J. O. C in the competition for existence and development. And the identity and unification of technology and academic thoughts should be highlighted for the purpose of quality objectives and quality orientation.
