摘要
目的研究肾移植受者社会支持与自我管理水平的关系。方法采用自行设计的肾移植受者自我管理调查量表及肖水源的"社会支持评定量表",以随机抽样的方法对183例门诊复查的肾移植受者进行问卷调查。结果肾移植受者获得的社会支持总分为(41.73±7.21)分,与正常人(34.56±3.73)分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);肾移植受者的自我管理大多处于中等水平,且自我管理水平与社会支持呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论受者的自我管理水平在很大程度上取决于社会支持的程度,护理人员应尽可能地调动社会支持系统对肾移植受者的作用,以提高受者的自我管理水平。
Objective To study the relationship between social support and self-management of renal transplant recipients. Methods A total of 183 renal transplant recipients who received transplantation for more than 6 months were assessed with Renal Transplant Recipients＇ Self-management Scale and Social Support Scale. Results The general scores of social support of recipients（41.73 ± 7.21）were significantly higher than those in normal people（34.56 ± 3.73）（ P 〈 0.01）. Renal transplant recipients had a moderate self-management performance. There was a positive relationship between self-management and social support. Conclusion The self-management performance of the recipients is largely decided by the social support. Therefore, nurses should pay more attention to the social support of the recipients so as to improve the self-management of the recipients.
