透明敷料用于治疗Ⅱ期压疮的效果观察

Effects of Transparent Dressing on Patients with Ⅱ Stage Pressure Ulcer

目的观察3M透明敷料用于治疗Ⅱ期压疮的临床效果。方法选择Ⅱ期压疮(水疱期)患者30例,将其随机分为对照组(15例)和观察组(15例)。对照组采用传统方法治疗,观察组采用覆盖3M透明敷料方法治疗。结果观察组患者的痊愈时间、治疗费用均明显低于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);而观察组的感染率和对照组比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论透明敷料用于治疗Ⅱ期压疮(水疱期)效果良好。

Objective To investigate the effects of transparent dressing on the patients with stage Ⅱ pressure ulcer. Methods Thirty patients with stage Ⅱ bedsore （the blister period） were randomly divided into 2 groups：observation group（ n = 15） and control group（ n = 15）. Patients in Group A received traditional treatment and those in the observation group were treated with 3M transparent dressing. Results The treatment time and cost of the observation group were both significantly lower than those of the control group. The incidences of infection were similar between the 2 groups. Conclusion Transparent dressing has good effects on patients with stage Ⅱ pressure ulcer.
