摘要
该文以常见薪酬激励机制的误区为切入点,从岗位分析的角度系统地分析了如何设计一套有效的动态薪酬管理机制,围绕如何配合企业战略这个薪酬管理宏观层面的目标具体分析了动态薪酬管理机制的运行过程。
Starting with an introduction of common mistakes of salary incentive mechanism, this article provides a systematic analysis on how to design an effective managing mechanism for dynamic salary through different work position analyzing. Simultaneously focusing on how to comply with corporation strategy, and the macro goal of salary management, the article analyzes the implementation of the managing system connecting with corporation strategy.
