摘要
针对原旋风分离器设计中存在的不足,提出了通过选取适当的临界粒径来确定旋风分离器尺寸的思路和方法;同时,以设计实例论证了该方法可有效地提高分离效率,为循环流化床锅炉的稳定运行提供了保障.
For the deficiency of the cyclone separators design, this paper proposes the idea and method of determining the size of cyclone separator by choosing suitable critical particles in the design. At the same time, an example verifies that the method is effective in separating and it guarantees the steady operation of boilers.
