从电子商务顾客价值定位出发,分析了顾客价值创造策略,提出了电子商务中顾客价值创造的具体策略。
Starting from the positioning of customer value of E-commerce, this paper analyzes the strategy of customer value creation, and advances the concrete strategy for customer value creation in the E-commerce.
