摘要
从教师职业性和师德的特性入手,论述了理性利益促进了师德建设,指出了师德建设的主要措施。
Starting from the occupational characteristics of teachers and the features of teachers＇ ethics, this paper discusses that the rational benefit has promoted the teachers＇ ethics construction, and points out the main measures for the teachers＇ ethics construction.
