摘要
以Ti(n-OC4H9)4和CH3COOK为前驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了高质量的K2Ti4O9晶须。以FT-IR表征溶胶-凝胶过程中的反应,运用TG-DSC和XRD研究了K2Ti4O9的晶体生长过程。结果表明:溶胶很稳定,可长期保存;稀释剂和少量水对溶胶的稳定性无影响;溶胶-凝胶法制备K2Ti4O9晶须反应温度比固态烧结法低,276°C开始反应形成晶核,481°C开始生成K2Ti4O9纳米晶,597°C时形成K2Ti4O9晶粒,940℃制得的K2Ti4O9晶须长约50μm,K2Ti4O9晶须均匀、具有较大的长径比。
A high quality potassium tetrafitanate whiskers was prepared by sol- gel method using Ti(n - OC4H9)4 and CHS COOK as precursors. The sol - gel process was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (VTIR). The crystal growth of potassium tetratitanate was characterized by thennogravimetry (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X - ray diffraction (XRD). It is shown that the sol is very stable and it can be preserved for long time. The stability is not affected by thinner or a little water. The reaction temperature of K2Ti4O9 whisker prepared by sol - gel method is lower than that of solid state re.action. K2Ti4O9 nuclei, K2Ti4O9 nanoerystals, and K2Ti4O9 crystals were formed at 276℃, 481℃ and 597℃, respectively. K2Ti4O9 whiskers produced at 940℃ were 50jnm length and uniform, having large length/diameter.
