摘要
针对某导弹注药生产线温度控制子系统控制点多,稳定性、可靠性要求高的特点,提出了基于通信协议宏的温控器控制方案。该方案提高了程序的运行效率,增强了系统的稳定性、可靠性。运行实践表明,该系统大大缩减了设备的维护费用,为企业创造了明显的经济效益。
Aiming at the characteristics of many control points, requesting high stability and reliability about certain temperature control subsystem of production line for missile immitting. This paper presents a scheme of temperature controller for multiple control points based on Protocol Macro. The scheme improves the program's operating efficiency and enhances the system stability and reliability. The experiments show that the system cuts the maintenance expenses of the equipments and provides an obvious economic performance for the enterprise.
