人本管理与制度建设

摘要 在社会发展新的历史时期,“以人为本”的管理地位不断提高,社会整合通过社会中的人不断的学习和自身能力素质的提高,来达到其繁荣和发展的目标,“人本主义”管理模式迎刃而解,而在其文化模式的运行当中,同时还需要相应的制度建设做保障。尤其是政府和一切权力机构必须不断完善制度,建立和健全适合实际操作的各项制度,使制度建设成为一个动态的系统工程。 In the new historical period of the social development, the management position of "make people the center" raises continuously, the social integration through the people's continuous study and self-improvement in the society to attain its target of prosperity and development. The management style of'person originally doctrine" is introduced, but in the applied procedure of cultural mode, the relevant system is needed to provide guarantee. Especially the government and the authority have to improve the system to build up various sound and practical systems to make the system construction be in a dynamic state.
