摘要
利用ClO2氧化/粉煤灰吸附协同体系对一实际印染废水进行了处理实验研究,结果表明,对于CODcr为750mg/L、色度为250倍的1000mL印染废水,当溶液的pH为4.5,ClO2用量20mg/L,粉煤灰吸附用量2.5g,在合适的反应和吸附时间下,处理后的废水CODcr<100mg/L,色度<40倍,达到了国家纺织染整工业废水的排放要求(GB4287—92),本文同时对二者的协同机理进行了理论上的探讨。
Experiments on treating dyeing wastewater with cooperation action of ClO2 oxidation and fly ash adsorption were carried out. Results show that, on the condition of pH=4.5 and 20mg/L of the dosage of ClO2 and 2.5g fly ash ,and the optimal reaction and adsorption time, the CODcr and colorness of wastewater (original CODcr=750mg/L and colomess=250) is less than 100mg/L and 40 after treating, respectively, which reached the state standard of dyeing wastewater discharge. Furthermore, mechanisms on cooperation action of ClO2 and fly ash a discussed in the paper.
