师生关系视野下的教师权威主义文化探析

Analyzes on The Authoritarianism in Teacher Culture Under the Field of Teacher-student Relationship Vision

教师的权威主义文化在学校场域较为普遍。在师生关系视野下,分析教师权威主义文化的言语表现及其文化生成的影响因素,在此基础上深入剖析教师权威主义文化对师生关系的负面影响,即:教师权威主义文化拉大师生社会距离、阻碍师生"自我披露"、引发师生关系异化。师生关系视野下的教师权威主义文化探析将有助于教师反思和重建教师文化,改善师生关系。

The authoritarianism in teacher culture is universal in schools. Under the field of teacher-student relationship vision, the author put emphasis on the display of authoritarianism in teacher language which includes the monologue, the preach-like language, and the society-centered self-appellation. Then, the author analyzes the factors which influence the formation of the authoritarianism and the negative influences on teacher-student relationship that the authoritarianism give. The negative influences include the enlargement of social distance between teachers and students, the obstruction of opening towards the other party and the dissimilation of teacher-studentrelationship. In order to re-build teacher culture and improve teacher-student relationship, teacher should reconsiders the authoritarianism in teacher culture.
