摘要
大学生道德人格的结构包括整合结构、动力结构、导向结构和调控结构。道德人格的整合结构是指道德人格应具备的一种能将道德人格的内在方面与外在方面统一的因素。道德人格的动力结构是指道德主体具备的为实现自己的道德价值目标,不断驱使自身通过对象化活动以实现自我完善和完善社会的动因的构成要素。道德人格的导向结构是指道德人格具有的规定自身道德行为的方向的构成因素。道德人格的调控结构是指道德人格在实现道德理想和道德价值目标的过程中所具备的能够对其自身道德行为进行修正、强化和调控的各种因素的统一体。
College students' moral personality strucure includes the integrating structure, driving force structure, guideing structure and regulating and controlling structure. The integrating structure is the factor that moral personality combines one kind of the inherent aspect with the external moral personality aspect. Moral personality driving force structure refers to the composing element which the carrier of morality spurs oneself to realize self-improvement and the social improvement unceasing by moving to the object. Moral personality guiding structure refers to the composing element of the moral personality's moral behavior direction. Moral personality regulating and controlling structure is a continuum which can amend, intensify, regulate and control moral behavior in the process of attaining moral ideal and moral value objectives.
