教育公平内涵之辨析

Analyses on the Connotation of Education Equity

教育公平作为实现社会公平的工具,对其内涵的深度辨析无疑是十分重要的。在深入阐释教育的起点、过程以及结果公平的基础上,对教育公平的渐进性和补偿性内涵进行了分析,并用国外的历史和经验进行了论证。我们认为现阶段中国教育公平的时代诉求应是从起点公平逐步过渡到过程公平,并提出了实现这一诉求的相应制度保障。

Education equity is said to be a greatest implement to realize social equity. It is important to analyze the connotaction of education equity. Based on the explanation of the jumping-off point, process and result of education equity, this paper analyzes the gradualism and compensability of education equity, and demonstrates it by international experience. We think that China＇ s education equity should transit from from jumping-off point to process,and also bring forward related guarantee system.
