摘要
振动气吸式穴盘精量播种机是利用振动气吸原理,使种子在种子盘上克服相互间内磨擦力而产生有利于吸种的"沸腾"运动。为了考察产生"沸腾"运动的条件,文中首先从分析种子在种子振动盘上的运动状态入手,对种子的运动进行了理论分析和相关计算,由此得到了振动气吸式穴盘育苗精量播种机种子群在种子盘近似单频振动和忽略空气阻力的情况下,种子群克服内磨擦力因素产生抛射运动的最小运动条件,由此进一步分析了使种子产生"沸腾"运动的实际因素。
Vibrational air-suction tray seeder used the principle of vibrational air-suction so that the seeds tossed were "boiling" to reduce the inner friction force, which increased the capacity for sucking seeds. In this paper, in order to study the conditions of "boiling" motion, ideal seeds motion is theoretically analyzed and kinetic parameters calculated involved on the tray seeder, when seeder tray was approximately vibrated with single frequency and the air resistance was ignored. And the effect caused by conditions of real seeds to "boiling" motion is studied.
