结合温州市图书馆的实际工作,论述了公共图书馆如何完善"以人为本"的理念,在图书馆管理中体现"人性化管理",在读者服务工作中体现"人文关怀"。
Connecting with the practical work of Wenzhou City Library, this paper expounds how to perfect the peoplebased conception in public library, and externalizes the humanist management in the library management and the humanist solicitude in service for readers.
