摘要
提出了传统的"两参数换挡规律"中以油门踏板反映驾驶员的操纵意图,车速表征车辆状况的基本思想,并引入了反映工程车辆作业状态和环境状态的第3参数,同时运用模糊控制技术,改善了换挡的动态特性,使自动换挡系统具有了自动适应工作条件和工作环境的变化能力,提高了作业效率。并在此基础上,建立了一套工程车辆的换挡规律与模糊技术相结合的模糊自动换挡策略。试验结果表明,该系统具有较高的控制换挡性能,具有很好的推广应用价值。
The third variable parameter which come from the" two variable parameters shift schedule" was derived from the system working process state, and in the system of two variable parameters shift schedule, the accelerograph was derived from the purpose of operators, the speed was derived from the working condition of vehicles. Then the fuzzy control technology was used to improve dynamic performance of the construction machinery, then the efficiency of fuzzy autoshift system was improved by adapting for the working factors and conditions. Finally, on this base the fuzzy autoshift schedule was established, which was integrated by construction machinery shift schedule and fuzzy techniques. The result indicats that this fuzzy control autoshift schedule system with three variable parameters has good shifting control performance, and illustrates a good prospect of application and extension.
