摘要
神圣性是传统社会赋予教师的职业特质之一。然而,面对现代性的冲击,教师职业正在经历一个"去圣化"的过程。"去圣化"一方面使教师获得了作为人的价值,另一方面也因神圣与去圣的矛盾而引起了社会的争议和教师的自我困扰。近年来,我国高等教育发展中的规模化、标准化和指标化等趋势与现代性的实用主义价值取向相契合,进一步强化了高校教师职业角色的现代性困惑。文章认为,走出现代性困惑,在传统与现代之间寻求平衡的重要途径,是重构高校教师的职业理想,培养其道德人格。
The sacredness is one of the occupational characteristics that the traditional society gives to a teacher.However,facing the impact of modernity,teacher as a vocation is experiencing a process of 'de-sacredness',which makes the teacher acquire the ordinary person's value but causes controversy in the society and the teacher's ego harassment,owing to the antinomy between sacredness and de-sacredness.In recent years,the trend to turn to scale,standardization and indexation within higher education development in China agreeing with the value pursuits of the pragmatism further enhances the modernity perplexity of college teachers' occupational role.Thus this paper brings forth that the important path out of the modernistic perplexity and quest for balance between the tradition and the modernity is to reconstruct college teachers' occupational ideal and develop their moral personality.
