摘要
教师职业的情景性、创造性、情感性特征,决定了教育教学活动无固定的模式和技能技巧可以套用,因而,在长期的实践中积累起来的反思性教学模式是教师专业发展的基础。
The scenic, creative and sensitive characters of teachers' profession determine the non - fixed mode and in- discriminate use of the skills in teaching activities. Therefore, The reflective approach mode accumulated in the long term practice is the basis of developing teachers' profession.
