高校研究生择业现状的影响因素研究

Study on the Influential Factor of Postgraduates' Employment

通过问卷调查分析,对广西高校在校研究生的择业现状有了较为详实的掌握,影响广西高校在校研究生择业状况的因素主要有:社会因素包括高校扩招、单位用人观念改变;学校因素包括培养目标单一、就业指导工作不够;研究生自身因素包括综合素质不高、职业生涯规划缺乏等方面的影响,最后提出一些改善研究生就业状况的对策。

According to analyzing the questionnaire researching, this article knows well the view about the employment condition of postgraduates in colleges of Guangxi. It raises some reasons： The social reason includes enlarging postgradu- ates, changing the view of employment; The colleges＇ reason includes culture aim single, employment guidance not enough; The postgraduates＇ reason includes low comprehensive quality, lacking of occupational plan and so on. At last, we give some good suggestions in order to help postgraduates find a good job quickly.
