绿色贸易壁垒对滨州纺织业影响及防范对策研究

Influence of Green Trade Barrier on Binzhou Textile Industry and Research on Prevention Countermeasure

纺织工业作为劳动密集型产业,规模经济性比较显著。但当企业规模及集群能力发展到一定程度后,随着贸易量的急剧增加,技术性贸易壁垒等将成为重要的壁垒因素。从纺织工业的国际竞争力比较来看,滨州市纺织工业大而不强,缺乏应对发达国家苛刻的绿色贸易壁垒的战略及技术措施,在世界贸易中容易遭受冲击。为此,急需从战略的高度认识及化解绿色贸易壁垒。

As labor- intensive industry, the scope economy of textile industry is obvious. Yet, while the scope of en- terprise and clustering ability develops to certain degree, with the rapid increase of trading volume, technical trade barrier will become the important barrier factor. From the view of international competition of textile industry, the textile indus- try in Binzhou City is large but not strong, is short of strategic and technical measure concerning green trade barrier of the developed countries, and is easy to be impacted in the world trade. Therefore, it is necessary to understand and solve the green trade barrier from the view of strategy.
