摘要
分析了我国电力市场现状及其原因,简单介绍了国外电力体制改革中的成功经验与失败教训,最后对我国电力体制改革之路进行了初步分析,对目前电力市场建设中存在的争端问题提出了几点建议。
At first, analyzes the electric power actuality and its causes in our country, introduces simply the successful experience and failing lesson of overseas electric power reformation. Analyzes the way of electric power reformation in our country preparatorily, puts forward some suggestions on issues existing in electric power market building.
