摘要 采用环盘摩擦磨损试验机研究了烧结温度对反应烧结Ti3SiC2材料的干摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:随烧结温度的提高,Ti3SiC2材料的摩擦因数先增加后降低,1250℃烧结时摩擦因数最大,而磨损量则降低,在1400℃烧结时稍有增加。通过XRD、SEM和EDS分析了不同温度烧结的Ti3SiC2的相组成及对摩擦磨损性能的影响,探讨了摩擦磨损机制。 The dry friction and wear behaviours of Ti3SiC2 prepared by reaction sintering were studied by circle-pin tribology tester. The results show that the coefficient of friction of Ti3SiC2 increases first and then decreases with the increase of sintering temperature. The peak value of coefficient of friction presents when the sintering temperature is 1 250 ℃. The amount of wear decreases with the increase of sintering temperature. The phase constitutes of Ti3SiC: and their effect on friction and wear behaviours of Ti3SiC2 were analyzed by XRD, SEM and EDS. The friction and wear mechanism of Ti3SiC2 was discussed.
