摘要
国家的角色问题一直以来颇具争议。在自由主义学者和社会学学者主张限制国家角色的同时,另有一些学者却提出要强化国家的本质。许多发展中国家的遭遇更深刻阐明了国家体制建设的重要性。本文尝试对现代化进程中的国家体制建设进行探讨,并对转型期国家与社会关系下的相关理论成果进行梳理,以从学理上厘清现代国家建构的基本任务。
The role of the state continually causes disputes. While the liberalism scholars and the sociological scholars advocated the limitation of the state, some scholars actually held to strengthen the essence of the state. The bitter experiences of many developing countries which are in the process of modernization profoundly expound the importance of the construction of state system . This article carries on the discussion on the construction of state system, tries to sort out some related theoretical results and aims at ascertaining the basic tasks of modern countries＇construction in theory.
