秦汉时期的家产继承制度主要实行"诸子中分析产"原则,大体上分为家产的多次性继承、一次性继承和整体性继承三种方式;此外还有特殊条件下的女子继承和奴婢继承等辅助方式。这些继承方式对了解这一时期的家庭生活,进而理解古代社会具有一定的参考价值。

The way of family possessions system in Qin and Han period follows the principle of ＂inheriting fairly＂, which contains three aspects, namely inheriting by several times, by once or by overall family possessions. There is other ways inheriting for the girl and servant in peculiar condition in addition. The family possession has certain reference which can help know the family life in that time and understand the ancient society.
