摘要
通过研究预应变量3%的两种FeMnSi合金形状恢复量与ε-马氏体量随温度的变化,发现ε-马氏体在晶体中存在能量分布,使之在450℃回火不能完全逆转变,同时发现应变合金中储存弹性内应力,使材料在As~Af温度区间的膨胀与收缩系数不同。
The change of recovery strain and the volume fraction of ε martensite as a function of temperature for two FeMnSi alloy prestrained by 3% was investigated It suggested that there exist an energy distribution among ε martensite shears which lead part of ε martensite not transformed after heated at 450℃ The internal elastic stress in prestrained FeMnSi shape memory alloy(SMA),which result in the different between constract rate and expansion rate,was showed on partial thermal cycle curve
