摘要
对不同预形变量钢材的高温快速加热淬火组织进行了研究,发现钢的组织转变时间随形变量增加而缩短,淬火组织随形变量的增加而细化,形变量超过一定的值后,延长加热保温时间,得到的淬火组织仍较细小。
The quenching structure of steel predeformated in different degrees during high temperature rapid heating was investigated.Experimental results show that the austenitizing time becomes shorter and the structure of the steel finer with the increase of predeformation,when the predeformation exceeds a definite degree,the finer structure would attain under the same heating condition.
