摘要
HTCAD(1.0)系统所包含的气体渗碳CAD软件的主要特点是以数学模型为知识的表达方式,以计算机模拟为判断的依据。采用非线性数值方法较好地处理实际生产中多种复杂因素的影响,实现不等速的连续冷却过程和界面条件剧变的淬火过程的温度场与相变的计算。该软件可用于预测渗碳层的浓度分布,设计优化的渗碳工艺,以及预测淬火后截面上的组织与性能。
The main characteristics of this gas carburizing CAD software in HTCAD(1 0)system is that it expresses knowledge by mathematical model and makes judgment by computer simulation Non linear numerical method is used to deal with several complicated influencing effects Temperature field and phase transfomation have been calculated for continuous process at non constant cooling speed with sudden change of surface condition This software can forecast concentration distribution in carburized layer,design optimized carburizing process and forecast phase structure and properties of parts after quenching
