College teaching quality monitoring and controlling system is a multileveled, multi-structural and dynamic system, and it＇s also the core of college teaching management. In order to guarantee the teaching quality, many colleges and universities have established this kind of quality monitoring and controlling system and have taken a series of effective measures. Yet, different measures have different results in different colleges and universities. This article analyzed the current situation of teaching quality monitoring and controlling system and put forward the countermeasures of them.
