摘要
随着双语教学在医学院校中地位的不断提高,越来越多的医学院校开始重视双语教学的师资培训问题。一方面,要对承担医学专业双语教学任务的教师进行外语口语培训;另一方面,还要对他们进行双语教学理论和教师心理学理论的培训。
With bilingual teaching getting increasingly significant in colleges and universities, there is more focus on the teacher's training program in bilingual teaching,particularly foreign language training. The author of the thesis deals with various aspects of the training program based on her practice in the field and theories of bilingual teaching and psychology, such as the oral training, bilingual teaching and psychology theories training of medical major bilingual teachers.
