省级高校重点实验室是辽宁省科技创新体系的重要组成部分,建设好省级高校重点实验室对建设创新型省市具有重要的作用。对我省高校重点实验室的现状进行分析和梳理,指出制约其建设与发展的主要问题,并提出相应建议和对策,很有现实意义。

The key laboratory of provincial level university is an important part of Liaoning science and technology innovation system, which is very significant for building up an innovation city. The article analyzed the current situation and pointed some major problem which may restrict the construction and development, and proposed some suggestions and measures.
