Nowadays mixed-industry management system in financial industry has become an irreversible trend. Mixed-industry management system in financial industry held a dominant position in western countries. By contrast, the divided-industry finance management system in China is incompatible with the international community. In such circumstances, it is an important task to consider how to compete with foreign countries in financial industry in the future. Based on the analysis of the differences between the divided-industry and the mixed-industry management system, I think the financial industry reform is necessary. Mixed-industry management is the best choice.
