实验分析激光加工中的空间散射现象,设计散射能量采集装置,建立空间散射能量的计算数学模型,并在AutoCAD下绘制散射能量图,为进一步研究材料对激光的吸收提供依据。

In order to provide a method to study the absorbability of material to the laser effectively, this paper has analyzed the scattering phenomena in pulse laser processing by the experiments, designed scattering-energy collection devices, presented the mathematical models of scattering-energy and drew the scattering-energy graphics under AutoCAD.
