摘要
从复杂曲面形成原理出发,提出了利用工件转动、摆动和移动的复合运动加工复杂曲面的方法,建立了加工的数学模型,并讨论了插补方式和工件运动形式对加工精度的影响及其对策。
A methpod of machining complex curved surface is proposed in this paper with the use of compound motion of rotation, pendulation, and movement of workpiece derived from formation principle of complex curved surface. The machining mathematical model is established. The influence of parttern of interpolation and motion of workpiece on machining precission and its countermeasure are discussed.
