With the establishment and improvement of the system of ultrasonic theory, ultrasonic technology has an expansive market in many industries. It has also received excellent application results. This paper introduces the present state and technical principles of the application of ultrasonic in keeping milk fresh. The result of the experiment turns out to be what is expected before. At last, the paper summarizes its deficiency in the process which leads to the direction of future study of this problem.
