In order to solve the problem of the jacket equipment rupture caused by the thermal shock in chemistry enterprises, and with the help of analyzing the influence of the high temperature heat carrier or the water vapor＇s thermal shock which quickly runs through the reaction vessel jacket,the paper proposes some effective measures to prevent jacket rupture, and solves some real problems among the users and designing departments.
