Put Economic Development First:Theoretic Thinking about County Economic Development

县域经济作为国民经济的基本单元,其发展程度反映了一个省总体经济发展水平,尤其是城乡经济协调发展状况。这就必然把发展壮大县域经济提到重要议事日程。我国现行的"市管县"体制越来越束缚着县域经济的发展,遵循我国渐进式改革的运行轨迹,客观上要求走扩权强县、扩权强镇的道路。

The county economy is the baic unit of the national economy. The economic development of a county reflects the level of total econmic progress of one province, in particular, it shows the co-ordination development of economy in towns and countryside. It is, therfore, that to extend the county economic development should be the important agenda of a province. However the administrative system of ＂county under the leadership of the municipality＂ restricts more and more development of the county economy. Following the orbit of operation of reform step by step the town and township economic development is going ahead. The county should have more power to operate the county and the town economy forward.
