中国正处在城市化提速的阶段,城市(尤其是大城市)不仅容纳了大部分城镇人口,而且是现代文明的载体。由于城市发展缺乏规划,出现了日益恶化的各种典型性城市病以及日渐突出的非典型性城市病。目前,城市发展面临的挑战,要求提出促进城市健康发展的对策,以构建和谐的生态城市。

China is advancing the urbanization in the fast stage, the city （big city not only holds the majority of urban population in particular）, is the modem civilization carder. Because the urban development lacks the plan, the non- typical nature urban sickness which appeared day by day and worsened each kind of typical nature urban sickness as well as day after day. At present, the urban development faces the challenge, the request proposes promotes the city health development countermeasure, it constructs the harmonious ecology city.
