顾客知识管理视角下的交叉销售绩效研究 被引量:6

摘要 交叉销售作为一种新兴的顾客关系管理方式,为企业向现有的顾客根基销售其他产品和服务提供了重要的机会,是企业实现持续赢利的重要手段。本文力图借鉴知识管理理论的传统视角,通过回顾顾客知识管理与交叉销售的研究现状,并引入市场导向变量,构建出顾客知识管理、市场导向与交叉销售绩效之间关系的研究框架。
