摘要
提出一种具有多部门结构的决策单元(decision-making units,DMU)的环境效率评价问题,在分析各个决策单元整体效率与其子部门效率的关系的基础上,提出一种能够同时评价决策单元整体效率和其子部门效率的DEA模型。最后,采用一个算例说明了本文提出的模型的合理性和优越性。由于文章提出的模型能够有效地分析决策单元内部子部门的有效性水平,能够发掘影响决策单元效率的关键因素,因而能够给出更为详细的环境管理信息,为决策者决策提供依据。
This paper presents an environmental-efficiency evaluation problem for multi-components decision-making units (DMUs). Based on the analysis of relationship between a DMU's overall efficiency and its each sub-DMU's efficiency, a new DEA model is provided. The DEA model can evaluate a DMU's overall efficiency and its all sub-DMUs' efficiencies. A numerical example is employed to illustrate the model. Since the model can effiectively analyze all internal components' efficiencies of a DMU, and can find key factors for efficiency improvement, the developed model can imply more veracious decision-making information for environmental management.
