摘要
相关分析在解决测量及自动检测问题中具有很大的优越性。本文介绍了互相关函数的基本原理.根据工件的最小、最大实体的轮廊线所生成的曲线与工件的理论轮廓曲线相似而又不完全相同的原理,进而推广到互相关技术在工件检测中的应用。以此判别工件的尺寸误差是否在其公差带范围之内,通过实验表明此方法是可行的。
The analysis of correlation has prodigious superiority in solving the problem of measure and automation detection. The text introduce the basal principle of cross correlation function. There is similarity between the profile curve of minimal and maximum material and the theoretical profile curve of the workpiece, as well incomplete identity, because of that principle, It is extended in detecting the workpiece by the method of technology of cross correlation. This method which is proved workable by the experiment can identify the dimension tolerance that whether it is between the promising tolerance band.
