摘要
借助水声仪器声速剖面仪的回鸣环声速测量原理,设计了一种供啤酒和乳品使用的高精度声速仪,它包括声速测量电路和温度测量电路。对声速测量电路的指标要求进行了分析与计算,并介绍了基于MSP430的系统设计。采用线形化补偿实现了Pt100的高精度温度测量。该仪器经纯水标定,测速误差小于2cm/s,温度精度达0.05℃。
In virtue of the pdnciple of Sing-Around sound velocity measure which is used in the sound velocity profiler, to measure the sound velocity of beer and milk a high precise velocimeter which inctudes sound velocity measure curcuit and temperature measure curcuit is designed. The target and require of sound velocity measure curcuit is analyzed and calculated, Using linearization correction, a high precise temperature measure curcuit of Ptl00 is designed, When the system is calibrated by pure water, the error of sound velocity is under 2cm/s and precision of temperature is high of 0.05 ℃ .
