摘要
目前,油田现场上固井储灰罐在装灰和下灰时,都不能准确的进行实时计量,这对固井质量有很大的影响。本文针对这一问题,在阐述了固井储灰罐工作原理的基础上,讨论了使用微机核子秤进行在线动态计量的原理,介绍了核子秤结构组成、计量原理及其优点,并推导了灰量的在线计量公式,利用采集的数据,微机可根据公式准确的计算出罐内灰量。
At present,in the oil field it can not be accurately measured on the real-time when cement tank push in or out the ash, this takes very tremendous influence to the cement quality.in view of this question,the article elaborated the working principle of cement tank, then discussed for using microcomputer nuclear scale on-line measurements and Introduced the nuclear scale structure,the principle of measurement and its merit, finally inferred the on-line measureme nt formula of ash quantity.According to the gathered data and the formula,the microcomputer can work out the ash quantity of cement tank accurately.
