为了确保所研制的压电式贾卡控制系统满足压电式贾卡经编工艺要求,对其中关键的执行元件——压电式贾卡元件进行了振动测试与分析,并根据振动测试结累实施了相应的减振控制措施。现场测试证明,采取减振控制措施的压电式贾卡控制系统严格满足工艺要求,并且提高了导纱针的定位精度和定位速度。

To ensure the piezo-jacquard control system meets the need of jacquard warp knitting technique,the vibration of the key piezo-jacquard part is tested.According to the result of vibration test, the damping measure is implemented.The piezo-jacquard control system with damping measure meets technological requirements welLSpositioning accuracy and speed of warp needle are improved greatly.
