摘要
研究表明:该合金在固溶处理过程中硅相形貌变化可用硅相颗粒的平均面积、面积相当直径、面积率、长度比、平均周长、单位面积硅相颗粒数及硅相颗粒尺寸分布图等定量金相学参数来描述,据此可评价固溶处理效果;固溶处理时硅相颗粒的粗化过程符合LSW(Lifshiz-Slyozov-Wagner)粗化模型。
The experimental results showed that morphology change of eutectic silicon in Al Si Cu Mg casting alloy during solution heat treatment can be described by using various parameters of silicon particles such as mean area,area equivalent diameter,area ratio,length/wide ratio,mean perimeter,silico particle counts per unit area and silicon particle size profile etc..According to these parameters,the effectiveness of solution heat treatment was evaluated,the coarsening process of silicon particles in this alloy during solution heat treatment obeys the LWS(Lifshiz Slyozv Wagner)model.
