Displaying the Mould Filling Process of Molten Metal Using Resistance Simulation Method

电阻模拟法是利用设置在型腔内的电阻丝被浇注的导电金属液逐渐淹没，其电阻值降低的原理，通过计算机自动标定、采集和处理数据，并显示铸造充型过程的方法。该法几乎不影响金属液在型腔内的流动状况，能方便地反映金属液充型过程。

The resistance simulation method is one for displaying the mould filling process,which is based on principle of reducing the resistance value of resistance wire mounted in the mould when submerged by molten metal,and then of utilizing automatic calibration,gather and data processing.The method doesn′t influence the flow state of molten metal in the mould and easily displays mould filling process.
